====Set global mouse cursor theme====

Sometimes it solves issues with different cursor themes, or issues with cursor itself, where it is set to 'default' in DM, but ///usr/share/icons/default// directory is missing.

  - create directory ///usr/share/icons/default// (if missing)
  - go to the directory and create file //index.theme// (if missing)
  - insert following content to it (or replace existing content)
